It was the best base for a short stay. Compact room, exceptionally comfortable bed and a convenient decor. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. The service was fantastic too. The location of the hotel was very central, next to the lake, the old quarter, bars.

Actually everything was fab, my next choice again in Hanoi. Pool was excellent and there were a jacuzzi and a sauna. A market and local markets were right next door. It had a romantic restaurant.
Stayed in the room that definetly needed to be cleaned.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were tastefully decorated with wonderful views. Plenty of enormous breakfast options. The service provided there was personalised. Workers were very friendly, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. Furthermore, it was 400 metres from hoan kiem lake.
